Family-Placed Obituary


CLAY, Chad A. Age 26, of Fairfield, Ohio, passed away at his residence on Monday, November 8, 2004. Born in Hamilton, Ohio, on February 26, 1978, he was the son of the late Billy P. Clay, Sr., and Nancy Elizabeth (Lake) Clay. He was a 1996 graduate of Fairfield High School. He attended the Rolling Hills Baptist Church. Chad is survived by two brothers, Billy Clay, Jr. of Fairfield, Ohio, and Tyler Clay of Oregon; and one sister, Autumn Clay of Sacramento, California; niece, Jessica Clay; and nephew, Billy Paul Clay, III. Funeral services will be held at Webb Noonan Funeral Home, Ross Avenue at South "D" Street, Hamilton, at 6pm on Friday, November 12, 2004, with Pastor Rob Rosenbalm of Fairfield West Baptist Church officiating. Visitation will be held from 5-8pm at the funeral home. The family suggests memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 13063 Hamilton, OH 45013-0063.
