Family-Placed Obituary
MOONEY, David Brian Age 19 passed away July 6, 2007. He was born in Hamilton, Ohio on June 6, 1988 the son of Brian and Tina Mooney. He was a graduate of New Miami High School. He played football for New Miami for 9 years. He is survived by his parents; sisters Heather and Alyssa Mooney; grandparents, Dave Mooney and Caroline (Cecere) and Ed McIntosh; an unborn daughter due Sept. Aaliyah Mooney; and niece, Emely Mooney. Visitation will be 11AM-1PM Thursday July 12, 2007 with funeral at 1PM all at Full Gospel Church, 2117 Eaton Rd. Hamilton. Burial in Rose Hill Burial Park at 1PM. Donations would be greatly appreciated to any USBank in c/o David Mooney.

Its me again its been so hard trying to except "lil davids" death. I know hes in heaven with my mom his "mawmaw" but i miss him so much. I have my days where i think im going to be ok, but then he comes to me in my thoughts and when i lay down at nite and close my eyes. I went to visit him at the cemetary for the 1st time since we laid him to rest. It was so hard to have to go visit him thier and to say goodbye as i left him. I love you my "lil david" I miss you so much! LOVE Aunt MIMI.

To all the Mooney family my heart goes out to you guys, but just cherish the memories you did have with him because I know I will. I dont even know where to start I have so many memories of my "lil david" I fell in love with him the day Brian n Tina brought him home from the hospital. He was everything to me n i was his "MiMi". When he was little I couldnt leave without taking him with me. He would throw a fit and i couldnt bare to leave him behind as he grew older we kinda seperated ourselves. But I knew n he knew we loved eachother. I love you so much "lil david" n i am gonna keep you close to my heart for ETERNITY. I will see you again someday in heaven u and mawmaw. When I think of David all I see is his smile. Whenever he was around everyone always had fun and he made everyone laugh. David and I shared alot of good times and memories that I will always cherish. Like some others have already mentioned, he is finally with his "Mawmaw". He missed her so much. Knowing that is the one thing that is helping me through this hard time. My prayers are with the family, especially Heather and Alyssa, as well as with Danielle. David, your babygirl will be well taken care of and there's no doubt she will be beautiful just like you and her mother. I love ya.... BB

To everyone that knew David I just want to say be strong and keep your head up! David was a great and very funny person and everyone loved him. I'll miss you more than words can say i'll think of you each single day i loved you like my brother and friend i'll miss and love you till the end.
The more i think the more i weep at least i have memories to keep. i know we'll meet again soon enough but i can't wait cos this is tough.
everytime i see a pretty flower i think of you then my eyes shower i take out my photo pile and i'll then think of you and smile.

My greatest memory of David was everything!! He was the love of my life! I loved spending everyday day of my life with him!! He was my best friend!! He was the reason I got up everyday he was my everything! He helped me through alot of hard times in my life he taught me to be as strong as I am today. Everyone serves a purpose I guess!! David's purpose I believe was our daughter on the way! He promised her the world and now I am going to give it to her!! David, like you always told me you are the other half of my heart!! What I will miss most about my big brother is everything,walking in the door knowing I would see his smiling face hearing his voice so many memories are with me right now to hard to think. He was my best friend my everything. I remember taking him home after a practice or a football game how bad he would smell and how he would hug me to make me smell bad too!I love you Bubby so much. And to all his friends thank you and bless you David loved you guys and so do we. He'll always be in our hearts dont forget that!

One of the memories I cherish most about Little David is the day we had a family reunion at my dad's house. Everyone was swimming and having a good time but no one but me saw David fall into the deep end of the pool, I dove in and saved his life.....and he would always remind me of that day. I sure wish I could have saved his life this time. But, PattyKaye is right, god has a plan and Little David is with Mawmaw, Aunt Kaye, Cousin Kevin, Uncle Timmy, Aunt Sherry and more that I just can't think of. I will miss seeing his face now and then. And his hugs and I love you's. I pray for all of his family: Tina, Brian, Heather, Alyssa, David's girlfriend and baby on the way. And Emely. But most of all, I pray that I will too see Little David one day.

I am so sorry for yopur loss i know how much Lil David ment to all of you . he was a very special and talented person and had the biggest heart ever. as a matter of fact the last time i seen him he gave me a ride home. because i had a flat tire. not many people wouild do that today but he did god love his heart. he is in a better world now where he can't be hurt by anyone and he will alway's be happy . i love you guy's and i am here for you. you Mooney;s have alway's been there for me when i need help . alway's have been . call if you need anything . David Mooney was a careing & respectful young man to everyone he came into contact with and he will be missed. I grew up with him, he was a great friend & loseing him is like loseing a brother. Rest in peace little mooney.

David Mooney. Everyone knew him and if you didnt know him you should have, He was the kinda guy that if you needed a shirt he would take his off and give it to you. David was there for me when ever I needed anything he always had something good to say and would give me good advice. What I'll miss most is seeing him and being able to talk to him and missing him coming to the football games to cheer us on and just hanging out. My prayers go out to Brian, Tina, Alyssa and Heather as well as anyone else in the family. I love you Dave Rest in Peace.

To My Family and all That knew "LIL" David. My Heart is broken. He was so young to have to leave us, but God had a reason for taking him home. God Has a plan for David. God has a plan for each and everyone of us. The Good Lord knows his Heart, His struggles in Life. and the ones who gave him so much joy. David Loved everyone. He has made us Laugh and cry. He was my Nephew, one of many. He was someones Grandson,someones son,someones Big brother, uncle and cousin and also soon to be a father.But most of He was a best friend to many.We are all blessed to have had David in our lives even though it was for a short time, but he will always be in our Hearts and Thoughts. There are so many memories that we all share and be thankful for each and everyone of them.But what I want everyone to know is that their is one person that David is with and that not only God, but he is Now with his "MAWMAW" Mooney, we all know how deeply he missed her and Loved her and he could never understand why she had to leave this earth, but now he will understand because she was waiting for him at the Gates of Heaven. What I will miss the most about Little David is his smile and how everytime I seen him, he'd come up and hug me and say, "I Love You", no matter where he was or who how many people were around. Being his older cousin, I always tried to give him positive advice, be a good role model, and someone he could talk to. Little David had a big heart, big dreams, and was very talented, especially when it came to football! My son looked up to him and David will be terribly missed by our family. But what gives me some peace of mind is knowing that he is UP IN HEAVEN WITH HIS "Mammaw". He is watching down over us now. My thoughts and prayers go out to Brian, Tina, Allysa, Heather, Bg Dave, and all the rest of the family. Little David will always have a special place in my heart.
