BLEVINS, Della Jean Of Middletown, passed away Wednesday, May 7, 2008 at Hawthorn Glen Retirement Center. She was born in Powell County, KY to Isaac H. and Abby R. (Rogers) Baker. Della was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William L. Blevins in 1997; one sister and 8 brothers. Jean is survived by son, William K. (Donna) Blevins of Livermore, CA and daughter, June (Michael) Haddix of Cincinnati; grandson, Ken Blevins of Pickerington, OH and granddaughter, Lea Blevins of Livermore, CA; great-granddaughter, Brittany Blevins of Pickerington, OH, brother, Earnest Baker of Slade, KY and sisters, Nellie Wills and Fanny Baker both of Middletown. Graveside Services will be held on Tuesday, May 13th, 2008 at 1:00 PM with Minister Jerry Minor officiating. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.baker-stevens.com.
