News Death Notice

PETERS, Denise Dean age 69 of Hamilton, Ohio passed away Sunday, April 24, 2011 at Birchwood Care Center in Hamilton. She was born on June 8, 1941 in Augusta, Kentucky the daughter of Everett and Zella (Massey) Honican. She graduated from Central High School in Cincinnati, Ohio and was employed as a sales associate for 28 years at K Mart. Denise is survived by two children, Sherry (Patrick) Andrews and Danny Peters; four grandchildren Joseph Andrews, Ryan True, Joshua Andrews, and Sarah Andrews; three brothers, Ronald (Sondra) Honican, Myron (Laurie) Honican, and Everett Lane Honican; one sister, Zeline (Wayne) McKee; her beloved friend, Penny Gill; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews; and other loving relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at Charles C. Young Funeral Home, 4032 Hamilton Cleves Road, Ross, Ohio on Wednesday, April 27, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. with burial following in New London Cemetery in Shandon, Ohio. Visitation will be Wednesday from 12:00 noon until the time of service. If desired, memorials may be made to the Shandon Congregational Church, P.O.
