Sharon, Kathy and family,
It has been many years since I last saw your mother, but I clearly recall her as a sweet, kind and gentle person with a loving heart and sunny sense of humor. And as I remember my own dear mother's birthday today, I know that both of these extraordinary women are in heaven now, smiling down with love and grace. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

I was blessed by God to have known Ethel as my grandmother-in-law. Not having a grandmother of my own in Ohio, she was like my own grandmother. I loved her and she will be missed.

Sharon, Kathy and all,
Mike & I were not fortunate enough to have known your Mom "in her prime", but, knowing the two of you, she must have been a kind, gracious lady with a healthy sense of fun.
We trust you are feeling God's arms of comfort around you.

Sharon and Kathy,
I have so many great memories of being at your house, especially on holidays when our whole family was together and when I came for overnights. Aunt Ethel made those times special with her welcoming ways and her great food. Your house always smelled so good. When I think of her, I see her in the kitchen and dining room--I wonder why? I know you will find comfort in knowing that she is with her Savior and also knowing that others loved her too! Love,

Ethel was a special lady and dear person in my life. She love to have people come to visit her, and she was so gracious to everyone. Ethel was one of the best cooks and bakers in the world! You could always smell her delicacies as you walked in the door. I especially loved her homemade donuts. I can still hear and see the cute little way she laughed. The love of the Lord was foremost always in her heart and she was one of the kindest people I knew. She was a devoted mother to her daughters. Family was her way of life. I loved how she welcomed my family every Christmas Eve. Our visits became a tradition year after year. I was blessed to have known such a fine woman. God is graced with one more angel on the doorstep of heaven.
