Family-Placed Obituary
MULLINS, Eula M. Age 97 of Hamilton, passed away at her residence on Saturday, February 10, 2007 at 9:30 P.M. She was born in Rutledge, Tennessee on July 4, 1909 the daughter of Walter and Cynthia (Roberts) Cameron. In 1937 in Rock Castle County, Kentucky she married Mose Mullins who preceded her in death in 1964. Eula operated grocery stores in Brush Creek and Orlando, Kentucky for 24 years, retiring in 1962. She then moved to Hamilton in 1965. Eula is survived by her daughter-in-law, Etta Mullins of West Chester; two grandchildren, Larry Mullins and Gloria (Charles) Bean, both of Hamilton; four great-grandchildren, Doug Gregory, Charlotte (Tommy) Oligee, Shona (Ron) Ridder, and Jeff (Julie) Bean; nine great-great-grandchildren; and her special friends at Golden Corral. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Melvin Mullins in 1999; granddaughter, Janet Vance in 1973; three brothers, Joe, Dan, and Preston Cameron; and one sister, Pearl Livesay. Funeral service will be held at Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Avenue, on Thursday, February 15, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. Visitation will be held Thursday from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Private committal service will be held at West Chester Cemetery at the convenience of the family.

Mose Mullins was my Grandfathers Brother. I do not remember meeting Eula although I was in the grocery that she and Mose ran at Brush Creek. We stopped there each time we came to visit my Grandparents. This was many years ago.
