SCHULER, Gary Lynn "Shakey" Beloved father of Leigh-Anne Landrum, Theresa Coomes, Tonya Staker and the late Tina Schuler. Loving grandfather of James Christopher Douglas, Brittany Nicole Coomes and Brianna Renee Staker. Dear brother of Charlmaine Schuler, Rhonda Gray, Cinda Schuler and the late Rosemary Schuler. Special friend of Carol Sue Schuler. Loving son of the late Esther (Stoops) and Alvin "Punchy" Schuler. Passed away April 16, 2010. Resident of Hamilton, Ohio. Visitation at Shorten & Ryan Funeral Home, 400 Reading Rd., Mason, Ohio on Tuesday, April 20, 2010 from 5-8pm. Funeral service will be Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at 11:00 am at the funeral home. Dad,
Words can't describe how much I miss you, "Our Talks", the way you knew what kind of day I was having when I got out of the car in the driveway. I'm trying hard to do what I have to so I can get through each day but I can't help but feel lost. WE MISS AND LOVE YOU

Mom I love you for being there for me when I needed to do something,or was sick and couldn't take care of Dad. And when you done it just because you knew I needed the break. He is dancin with the angels now.

Carol Sue You and Shakey were the most "MARRIED EX'S" I had ever seen. In fact I told Shakey that you two should get re-married, only because I have never seen an ex-wife take care of an ex-husband for all the years while he was disabled and at his worst and LeighAnne working 7 days a week to take care of him. I don't know how you guys done it without any outside help. He appreciated everything you done for him and then some. Deepest Sympathy

Dear Leigh-Anne,
No bond is as great as a parent and child.You and Shakey were not just father and daughter you were best friends,no matter what life through at you guys you stuck together worked things out together. "Partners in Crime" kind of. My deepest condolences are with you as you grieve.
