News Death Notice
POWERS, Jamie Age, 30 of Middletown, OH passed away Monday, May 25, 2015 at the Atrium Medical Center. He was born September 22, 1984 in Middletown, OH the son of James Herald and Tammy Powers. He is preceded in death by his brother, Bradley D. Powers; grandparents, Ed & Dorothy Powers; and grandparents, Alex & Rosalee Herald. In addition to his parents, Jamie is survived by his daughter, Madison Powers; three sons, Isaiah Powers, Carmine Powers, Jamie D. Powers, Jr.; two brothers, Jonathan Herald, Artie Herald; two sisters, Tamara Powers and Angelic Poff. Funeral service will be Friday, May 29, 2015 at 11:00 am at Breitenbach- McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday at the Funeral Home. Burial will be in Woodside Cemetery. Please visit www.anderson-fh.com to send an online condolence.

Jamie would cut my grass each summer and he would also always offer to help me carry in my groceries knowing my health history. He was a good man.
