Ken assumed the Chairmanship of the 'Parade Committee' from my late husband, Gordon Pence, in 1988, and has certainly done an outstanding job with it through the years. It was truly a pleasure knowing and working with him, and I proudly called him my friend. There are so many stories I recall about Ken, but then he would always tell them so much better than I could, so they'll just remain in my memory. I will forever have great respect and admiration for my buddy, Kenneth Wills. My thoughts and prayers go out to Jenny Sue and family at this difficult time for such a tremendous loss. May God be with each of you.
