News Death Notice
McCOY, Norma Dee Age 86, of Middletown, passed away Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at Springhill of Middletown. She was born January 18, 1930 in Kellacey, KY to Willie and Nancy (Carpenter) Peyton. She was a cashier for Kroger's for 30 years. Norma was a member of Yankee Road Church of God. She enjoyed spending time with her family and gardening. Norma is survived by her children, Steven Wells, Robin Wells, Jeffrey (Teresa) McCoy; grandchildren, Chris (Lindsey) Wells, Carly (Charles) Freeland, Adam (Jacquelyn) Wells, Lindsay Wells, Jessica (Matthew) Sizemore; great- grandchildren, Carson Wells, Samuel Wells, Gideon Wells, Olivia Freeland, Ryley Freeland, Austin Wells, Bennett Wells and Emma Wells. She is preceded in death by her parents; 2 brothers and 6 sisters. Visitation will be held Saturday, July 2, 2016 from 8:00 - 10:00 am at Baker - Stevens - Parramore Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 10:00 am at the funeral home with Pastor Kevin Collins officiating. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
