I am holding the wonderfully fun memories of Randall dear to me. I was enriched to have been a part of his life back in high school. Loving thoughts and prayers go out to all his family and friends.

I am very sad to hear of your loss. I worked with Randall at Tri County Extended Care for years. He was always happy and loved working with the handicapped adults at the center. He was always willing to do whatever needed to be done. His loss will be deeply felt in the hearts of all the people that knew him.

The following is a poem about Randall that Erin Ruder wrote and read at the funeral. Thought I would share this w/ those of you who couldn't attend. It is beautiful.
RANDALL
A loving son and caring brother,
Your family and friends would want no other.
yet, you struggled, trying for perfection.
A husband you were for seventeen years,
Time filled with happiness and with tears,
As you chased your dream of perfection.
A father with a tremendous heart,
A legacy of love you did impart,
As you followed your dream of perfection.
Your recipes had to taste just so.
If the outfit wasn't right you'd just say, "NO!"
As you continued to look for perfection.
A sunny shore, a sandy beach,
Your ideal destination to reach,
As you enjoyed your idea of perfection.
You lived life with impeccable style,
Striving all the while,
To achieve your dream of perfection.
You are loved and we are filled with sorry.
More days with you we wish to borrow.
A wish that is impossible to fill.
Memories we'll use to help us heal.
As we remember you, a son, brother, husband, father and friend.
Who, we know for certain, in the end,
Is now basking in the glow of eternal perfection.

I am very sorry about your loss. Randall was one of the funniest, nicest, sweetest people I have ever met. He was a blessing. I babysat Jillian and Shawn when I was younger. I loved every minute of it. If you need anything at all let me know. I love you guys and miss you very much.

Katrina,Jillian, & Shawn,
This is one of the hardest guest books I have ever had to sign. I loved Randall. You guys were great to me at New Wine (Lighthouse Fellowship)as well as when life wasn't so good for me. Randall helped me through a really rough time last year when I was in the hospital. He never knew a stranger and had a heart of gold. I wished there was something I could say to help take your pain away. You guys are forever in my Heart and in my prayers. I love you guys!

Please accept my deepest condolences for your loss. My heartfelt thoughts and prayers go out to you.
I worked with Randy at Tri-County Extended Care and a short time at MRDD. Randy was one of the most kindest young men I ever met. Randy's loving care and kindness to his patients, clients, was above and beyond as he cared for each as if they were his family.
Always with a smile and and kind word for all he spoke to.
Again I am so sorry for the sorrow in your hearts and May God take that sorrow and replace it with wonderful memories and peace to share and to celebrate his life with all who knew him.
