News Death Notice
COFFELT, Robert R. 84, of Middletown passed away on Friday, April 24th at his residence. He was born on November 27, 1930 in Edinburg, VA to Norman and Nannie (Miller) Coffelt. He served our country in the U.S. Air Force and was a machine operator for General Electric for 37 ½ years, retiring in 1990. He was a member of A New Beginning Full Gospel Church and Tender Mercies Full Gospel Ministries of Middletown and was a member of Country Cousins Square Dancing Club and was an avid bowler. He is survived by his daughter, Jill Raschke; his son, David Coffelt; his grandsons, Benton (Becky), Justin and Andrew Smith; his great-grandchildren, Benton, Kaylee and Aubrey Smith and brother, Kelly Coffelt. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Gwendolyn Coffelt; his brother, Jack Coffelt and his daughter-in-law, JoAnn Coffelt. Visitation will be on Thursday, April 30th, 2015 from 10:00 am - Noon at the Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home with a Celebration of Life Service to follow at Noon with Pastor Larry Hayes officiating. Interment will be at Graceland Memorial Gardens in Milford, OH. Memorial Contributions may be made to: Hospice of Dayton, Disabled American Veteran's or the Special Olympics.
