Family-Placed Obituary
ROUNDTREE, Roxie L. Roxie L. (Williams) Roundtree, age 69, of Hanover Township, died Sunday, October 31, 2004, at her residence. She was born September 19, 1935 in Estill County, KY the daughter of Amos and Vina (Puckett) Williams. On January 3, 1953 she married Robert Roundtree in Winchester, KY. She worked majority of her life with her husband at Roundtree Heating and Cooling. She is survived by her son, Robert H. Roundtree of Hamilton; daughter, Regina Roundtree, also of Hamilton; brothers, Melvin Williams and Wayne Griffin; and sisters, Bobbie Johnson, Marcella Cooper, Edith Dozier and Glenda Wiseman. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert on October 4, 1991; sister, Mae Baker; and brother, Amos Williams. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, November 4, 2004, at the Avance Funeral Home & Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield with Rev. Dennis Riddick officiating. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m., Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati.
