HOSKINS, Tracy Lynn Born February 8, 1973 to Clifton Gray and Annette Hoskins Smith, in Hamilton, Ohio. Passed away April 25, 2016 age 43. She leaves to cherish her memory mother Annette Smith (Joe); four sons: Joshua K. Moore, Cameron Hoskins, De'Ante M. Hunter, and Billy J. Smith; two daughters: La'Dasha S. Toby, and Brianna Hoskins; two brothers: Toriano D. Foster and Tom D. Gates II.; and two sisters: Geraldine Brown (Ron) and Keisha Gray; step brother Joe C. Smith, and step sister Angela Smith, grandmother of 3, and a host of other relatives and many friends. Friends may call Saturday, April 30, 2016, from 12pm until time of service 1pm at Hall-Jordan & Pretty Memorial Chapel, 918 S. Main St., Middletown, OH. Gone way too soon. My condolences to the entire family. I can remember as teenagers in Middletown, Ohio me and Tracy hanging out as friends. What a beautiful smile she had. Tracy you will be missed by all. Rest easy.
