PATE, Tyler Michael Age 4, of Franklin, Ohio passed away Saturday February 18, 2006 at Children's Medical Center in Dayton. Tyler was born in Centerville, Ohio on October 15, 2001 to Marvin and Jessica (D'Angelo) Pate. Tyler was preceded in death by a grandfather Duke Pate in 1990. Surviving are Tyler's mother Jessica D'Angelo- Pate; father and stepmother Marvin Pate and Molly Fannin; grandparents Darlene Pate and Jack Fugate of Franklin; Mike D'Angelo of Beavercreek, Carla and Steve Blanchard of Huber Heights; and aunt and uncle Liana D'Angelo and Jerry Peters of Franklin; uncles Jacob and Austin Blanchard of Huber Heights; cousins Amber Peters, Lacey Peters, and Jayden Peters of Franklin; special grandmother Bernice Peters of Franklin. Funeral services are Thursday February 23, 2006 at 12p.m. at Anderson Funeral Home 1357 E. 2nd St Franklin, Ohio with Rev. Joey Bacon officiating. Burial will be in Woodhill Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5-8p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to A Special Wish Foundation or Give Kids The World Village.

My husband and I are neighbors of Tyler's Grandma Darlene and Grandpa Jack and I worked with Tyler's Aunt Marlene. We were very blessed to have met and talked with such a sweet beautiful little boy. He truely will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family.
