News Death Notice

NAGALA, Wesley H. Age 99, of Reily died Friday, April 3, 2009 at 9 a.m. in The Arbors at Milford. He was born in Hamilton on November 12, 1909 the son of James and Fredricka (Unger) Nagala. He was a graduate of Hamilton High School and attended the University of Cincinnati. He married M. Virginia Ringley on November 2, 1943 in Hamilton and she preceded him in death on November 12, 1970. He was a self employed farmer and former Butler County Parks Commissioner. He was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, Butler County Farm Bureau and Miami Valley Milk Producers. He is survived by many nieces and nephews, a son, Ronald W. Nagala of Reily, and his loving caregivers, Lara and Larren Lipps. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, a son, James A. Nagala, a daughter-in-law, Gwen Nagala, a brother, Walter Nagala and a sister Alfreda Cory. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 7, 2009 at 11 a.m. at Weigel Funeral Home, 980 N. W. Washington Blvd. with Chaplain Bonnie Bohn officiating. Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery, Reily. Visitation will be Tuesday from 10 a.m. until time of the service.
