Windy, I will always remember you as a happy person, always smiling. You were one of the most gentlest men I've ever known. I miss you sending me bagels and cream cheese. Thank you for being a friend.

My word to describe Windy is...GOOD. He was a good man in so many ways. As part of the wonderful Bowling family, I've learned he was a good son, a good brother, a good husband, a good dad, and a good worker.
I will always remember his perpetual smile...which would 'light up the room'...and his laugh was contagious. These traits reflected his happy spirit.
Rest in peace, dear brother-in-law...you will be sorely missed...!

Windy if I had to rank you on a scale from 1 to 10 you would be an 11, better than the best. A true gentleman to all who knew you, a man who so deeply loved his wife, Judy of 56 years, a great family man, one of the greatest "pap's" in the world and a great friend to Rick and I...you made us feel like part of your family thru the years. I know you are in a better place and one day we all will be there with you.
