Teresa Vargas Obituary
She is survived by her mother, Dolores Powell, her sister, Diana Merritt, and her beloved daughter Cherie Vargas. Cherie will fulfill her mother's life long wish when she graduated from California State University, East Bay with honors on Saturday June 16.
Teresa adopted Cherie when she was just 2 days old and dedicated her life to Cherie as a passionate homemaker and a loving friend. Teresa will be remembered for her dedication to family, her positive approach to life and her amazing laugh.
