ELCOMB — Arlene Marie Smallwood Hickey, 47 of Elcomb passed away Monday, February 6, 2017, at her residence with her family by her side.
Born on December 23, 1969 in Cincinnati, OH; she was a homemaker and a Christian.
She was preceded in death by her father, Hillary Buddy Smallwood and one grandchild.
She is survived by her husband, Jerry Royal Hickey, Elcomb; her mother, Charlotte Gail Brock, Watts Creek; four children, Ashley Marie Smallwood, Watts Creek; Kimberly Lillian Whitaker, Catrons Creek; Dakota Brian Whitaker, Barbourville; and Tony Lamar Baldwin, Elcomb; two step-children, Tasha Faye Hickey (Mike Harris), Grays Knob and Amber Renee Hickey, Elcomb; three brothers, Jonathan Smallwood, Watts Creek; Timothy Brock, Pikeville; and Hillary Boots Smallwood, Fourmile; two sisters, Scarlot Smallwood Lucas, Somerset, KY; Tamara Brock, Watts Creek. Also surviving are four grandchildren, Hayley Lucas, Hannah Lucas, Eli Lucas and McKenna Neal.
Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, February 9, 2017, in the chapel of Loyall Funeral Home with funeral services starting at 1 p.m. with The Reverend Pete Rowe officiating.
Burial will be in the Farley Cemetery, Watts Creek, with friends and family serving as pallbearers.
