Adele Huscher Obituary
Adele was born in Hartford, daughter of the late Adolph and Josephine (Kotinska) Nasuta, and lived in Windsor most of her life. She was employed as a manager with Southern New England Telephone, retiring after over 36 years of service. Adele was a faithful communicant of St. Gertrude Church in Windsor and served as a Eucharist Minister.
Adele was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and dear friend. She will fondly be remembered as a giving and caring woman who loved her family more than anything. Adele and Dwaine were dedicated parents, and as busy as they were, they would always wake up extra early every day before they went to work to make breakfast for their family, and also made sure they all had dinner together at night. Family was always her number one priority, and she loved being with her granddaughters and celebrating all their accomplishments. Adele had a wonderful sense of humor and a smile that would light up a room. She leaves a legacy of beautiful memories that will live in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. Adele enjoyed reading, especially the newspaper with a good cup of coffee in the morning. She loved cooking for her family and prepared all the holiday meals until she was no longer able to. Nothing made her happier than to have the whole family at her house to enjoy a meal together.
Adele is survived by her sons, David Huscher and his significant other Jill Esaman of Windsor, and Mark Huscher of Windsor; two granddaughters, Danielle and Nicole Huscher; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her son, Tom Huscher; and her siblings, Walter, Benny, Sheila, Emily, and Helen.
Her services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Damien of Molokai Parish, St. Gabriel Church, 379 Broad St., Windsor, CT 06095.
