Angeline Carlone Obituary

Mrs. Angeline "Julie" (Colello) Carlone of New Britain, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday (November 5, 2002). She was the widow of Charles Carlone. She was born in New Britain and has been a life long resident. Mrs. Carlone and her husband Charlie were the owners and operators of Carlone's Market on Corbin Ave. in New Britain for 20 years. She was a member of St. Ann Church and the Sons of Italy Society. She is survived by two sons, Carl Carlone and Charles Carlone, both of New Britain; and a daughter, Rosemarie and her husband, James Veneziano of Columbia, MD; two brothers, Armand Colello and Arthur Colello, both of New Britain; and two sisters, Connie Moleski of Newington and Louise Green of New Britain; nine grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son, John Carlone and a brother, Louis Colello. Funeral service will be held on Friday, 10 a.m. from the New Britain Memorial/ Donald D. Sagarino Funeral Home, 444 Farmington Ave., New Britain, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial, 11 a.m. from St. Ann Church. Entombment will be in the Garden Mausoleum at St. Mary Cemetery. Friends and relatives may call at the New Britain Memorial/ Donald D. Sagarino Funeral Home TODAY, 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

To the Carlone Family. My most sincere condolences on the loss of such a beautiful person. My prayers and thoughts are with you at this most difficult time. My apologies for not attending the services - we are presently in Florida - but that in no way lessens my grief for a beautiful lady.
