Dear Carmen, I was sad when I heard of Art's passing. He was such a nice man. Whenever he came into the office he made sure he came over and spoke to me. He would to tell stories of VT. He loved his family and was a truly good person. He will be missed.
Sincerely, Marion Knight (from Larson Construction Co.)

To the Bromley Family---My deepest sympathy on your loss. I didn't know Art well, but I felt I did because my son Tom has been close to the family since he grew up with the kids in South Windsor. Tom always felt like he was part of the Bromley family, and Art was always good to him. You all are in my thoughts and prayers.

Along with my brother Jim I also remember Art's kindness and wisdom as he visited us at Carville's Ranch House. Just 2 weeks ago during a trip to Windsor I asked Jim if he had heard or seen Art lately? My condolences to your family of a wonderful man! His kindness to us Windsor kids will never be forgotten!

As a teenager living in Windsor Ct I remember Art taking an interrest in a group of us kids that worked at Carvilles Ranch House. WE skied so he would take us up north to ski in his Subaru..a strange car back in the 60's-70's. When living in Deerfield a section of Windsor Ctwe helped art rip up his driveway to install a new one.
He was a very kind man to us kids.
I will cherrish the memories of our fun trips back and forth to Vermont.
Thank you Arthur..........
