Brian was a amazingly generous kind man quiet at first but a great smile and stories he and I shared many many talks about wood working. I´d show him stuff I´ve made and he´d show me his craftings. We we´re supposed to go up to his woodwork shop this fall so I could check it out. He will genuinely be missed by me. Semper Fi my friend!!!!

Brian was such a standup guy, former WLHS and SCSU classmate. Brian got me through senior math class. He made a 20th anniversary cake in 1972 for my parents, when he was enjoying baking from scratch. He was fun to joke with and to watch play football in HS and college. To his family, my sympathy and love to you all.

To the Michalewicz Family,
My deepest condolences to you on the passing of Brian. I had the pleasure of knowing and working with Brian for over four decades at The Hartford. I was truly saddened to hear of his passing. I always enjoyed talking to Brian and I always made sure I had some time available when we would chat because a minute or two just wouldn´t cut it, and I knew the topic of conversation would cover more that just work. It was amazing how much he knew about so many things. I miss those conversations. I know he had a great love for his family because he talked about you often. He was my main supplier of Heidi´s Honey for quite some time and he would often share stories of working on that project with her and the family. He was a really nice person and it was a pleasure knowing him.
May God´s comfort surround you all during this difficult time and please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you.
