Calvin Johnson Obituary
Calvin Johnson, Jr., 36, of Hartford, CT departed this life on Sunday, March 12, 2017 in New Orleans, LA. Calvin was a graduate of Weaver High School and Trinity College in Hartford, CT. He currently worked at the Office of Multicultural Affairs at Trinity College in Hartford and at Taxperts in Bloomfield. Calvin is survived by his parents, Calvin Johnson, Sr. and Carol Johnson, of Hartford, CT; his fiancée, Delania Barbee of Springfield, MA; his daughter, Alyssa Johnson, of East Hartford, CT; his stepdaughter, Saryah Brantley of Springfield, MA; and a host of aunts, uncles and other loving relatives and friends. Services to celebrate his life will be held at 11 am on Friday, March 24th at the Trinity College Chapel. Burial will be at the Mt. St. Benedict Cemetery in Bloomfield, CT immediately following the services. Visiting hours will be held from 6 pm to 8 pm on Thursday, March 23rd and 10 am - 11 am on Friday, March 24th at the Trinity College Chapel. All Faith Memorial Chapel in South Windsor, CT is in charge of the arrangements.
