Carl Futterman

Carl Futterman, 80, of Farmington, died peacefully, Sunday, November 12, 2023. He was the beloved husband, for 57 years, of Marsha R. (Carver) Futterman. Born in Flushing, NY, he was the son of Arthur and Phyllis (Edelstone) Futterman. Carl was a graduate of Northeastern University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He worked for many years in his field. He loved tinkering with cars and working with his hands. He also loved the Boston Red Sox and attended many games and followed the Boston Celtics and the New England Patriots. Carl was a loving and devoted husband, father, brother, grandfather and uncle. Besides his wife Marsha, he is survived by his daughter Wendy Camassar and her husband Steven. He was a loving grandfather to Gabrielle and Sydnie Camassar. He also leaves his brother, Joshua and two nieces, Nancy Scholnick and Stephanie Weinstein. He was predeceased by his son Steven Futterman. A funeral will be graveside, on Wednesday, November 15, at Noon, at the Hartford Mutual Society Cemetery, 74 Wolcott Road, East Granby.
