Catherine Meehan Obituary
Catherine Elizabeth Meehan, 91, of West Hartford, widow of Harold J. Meehan, passed away peacefully on Saturday (January 3, 2004). Born December 2, 1912, in Wardsboro, VT, daughter of the late Albert C. and Margaret (Curran) Robinson. She is survived by her beloved son and daughter-in-law, Thomas A. and MaryAnn (O'Dell) Meehan of Burlington; two grandchildren, Brendan Meehan and Bridget Meehan, both at home in Burlington. Friends may call at The Ahern Funeral Home, 111 Main St., Rte. 4, Unionville, on Wednesday, Jan. 7, from 6-9 p.m. Funeral Procession from The Ahern Funeral Home will be Thursday, 10:15 a.m. followed by the Funeral Liturgy in the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Harwinton, at 11 a.m. Burial will be at the Calverton National Cemetery, Riverhead, L.I. New York. Memorial contributions may be made to the American School for the Deaf, 139 No. Main St., West Hartford, CT 06107.
