Dear Don and Karen,
I am so sorry for your loss. Your mom was a very special woman. She had the ability to make everyone feel her unconditional love. My mom and dad thought highly of her and she was always so kind and caring to me. I know she is at peace and I will pray for you and yours during this difficult time. Thank you for the many years of being there for my family. I would have sent flowers but apparently it's too late.
