Constantin Mihai Obituary
MIHAI, Constantin Constantin Mihai, 63, of West Hartford, beloved husband of Eleonora (Marin) Mihai, died Friday, (February 27, 2004) at Hartford Hospital. He was born in Bucharest, Romania, son of the late Gheorghe and Ioana Mihai and immigrated to the U.S. in 1988. Prior to his retirement, Constantin worked for the Simsbury Inn for eight years and he was a member of the Romanian Community. Besides his wife he is survived by his son, Crisan Mihai of Newington and his daughter, Corina Mihai of West Hartford; two grandchildren, Tiberiu and Alexandra; a sister Virginia Pislaru and a brother Aurel Mihai both of Romania. The funeral will be Tuesday, March 2, 12 Noon, in St. George Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 433 Fairfield Ave., Hartford. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Hartford. Calling hours will be Monday, March 1, 5-8 p.m. at The Dillon-Baxter Funeral Home, 1276 Berlin Tpke., Wethersfield. There will be a prayer service Monday 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
