My sister and I were so very sorry to hear of "Dannel's" death. We grew up next door to one another on Asylum Avenue. Francie was a bridesmaid in my wedding. What I remember most was his beautiful piano playing, that was so effortless.and his sense of humor. Very sorry I did not get in touch after reading of his contributions to the Conn. Law School this past year. Our heartfelt sympathy is extended to all the family. Cynthia Annis and Carol Cox

Our beloved Uncle and Great Uncle Dan is one to be unrivalled in each of our lives. His warmth, compassion, wit and unerring sense of family was matched only by his generosity and selflessness.
There will never be another one like him and our love and prayers are with Aunt Barbara and our cousins.

Dan was a man of such integrity - generous and kind - he managed our assets with enormous skill and with a personal touch - his family has our deepest sympathy - he was a class guy and lived his life with honor and dignity

My sincerest thoughts and prayers go out to the Flynn family. Dan and Resources Mgt Group mangaged my companies 401K plan and over the years we all got to know Dan very well. He brought with him a passion and enthusiasm for his job that was refreshing and unrivaled. During our 401K meetings Dan would discuss the "puzzle pieces" of the economy as only Dan could. Rest assured, the discusion would always end with a few "closing comments" on UCONN girls basketball! Dan wil truly be missed.

My condolences to the family. I learned so much from Dan in the two years we worked together about the business of life in all aspects-he showed me what it means to really work at life. I am grateful to have known him, and for him to have called me friend as well as co-worker.

My deepest sympathy to the Flynn family. All of us in the business community will truly miss Dan and his astute business acumen. He was an example for all of us to follow.
There are few men left today who exemplify the morales and virtues Dan has shown me over the years. He will truly be missed. You all should be very proud of the example Dan has set for your family--a true patriarch indeed.
May God Bless you all and think of all the good Dan did during his lifetime to leave you with a warm feeling of how a great man lives!
