David went to nursery school with my daughter Amber. In all these years, I've never forgotten him--spunky little kid just brimming over with life and fun. I just loved him--he was pure ZEST! Dawn--my heart aches for you.

David was like my little brother when he lived in Berlin. I will always remember the mischief we got ourselves into, and the fact that he was always smiling, even during rough times. I am truly, sincerely, sorry for the loss of his bright spirit.

To Dave's Family - we are so truely sorry to hear about Dave. We will always remember his mischievous personality, his beautiful blue eyes and the fun times we all had when he vacationed with us at Cape Cod. He was always a loyal friend to Jamie. We are praying for you.
