It was an honor to serve under him as a firefighter. As my Lt, he showed me a lot at the fire scene that was not taught at school. My sympathies

I will never forget and be forever thankful to have been a part of Doug's(Lefty Kerr's)life! I loved him and you Gloria. You were his sunshine and he would give us the pleasure of his company only until you arrived. And you always did. God bless you and your family, and thanks for allowing me the privilege of knowing Doug. Truth be known he could change my entire day with his dry wit and humor.
Love,
Paulette LPN 1North
