To the family of Ed Healey,
I met Ed in 2006. My elderly father had come to live with me and I had contracted with Home Instead for a companion for him. A few times in our lives we meet someone with whom we feel an instant connection, and Ed was one of those people. He was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive of my dad, and a comfort to me. My father had dementia, and when he passed in 2011, Ed was there to help us in any way he could. He became part of our family, and attended my daughter's wedding in 2015. He and I shared so much of each other's lives and I will miss him.
My prayers are with all of you.
