Edward Sharkevich Memoriam

EDWARD J. SHARKEVICH
August 2, 1927-March 18, 2003 Papa, It's been one year already-time does not stop. Some days are harder than others. It sure does not get easier. We were all there that evening when you passed away. We all got to tell you the things we wanted to say. The hardest part for me was that you couldn't say goodbye-it wasn't until a few months ago that I finally realized why. You hung on for us as much as you could; we can't thank you enough for being such a fighter as much as you were. We miss you every minute of everyday-your smile, laugh, and happiness. We always think of you and the things you most enjoyed-being with us, listening to your favorite song. No one could remove my slivers as good as you did. I always enjoyed having the smell of your cologne left on my cheek when we gave hi and bye kisses. We hold onto the many memories we shared and keep them in our hearts to help comfort us. We wish you were still here, we love you so much! Thanks for being the best grandfather I could have. I am so grateful to have had you in my life for 25 short years. Now I have two wonderful grandfathers to watch over me-one I never had a chance to meet. Until we meet again, stay close by and rest in peace eternally. Love always, Corri #1 granddaughter

Dad-

I miss you so much.

This year has not been easy for any of us. The holidays alone, are so different but we always have a story to tell about something you did or said and those memories keep us smiling.

Thanks for still being in my dreams at night and I know your close by because I feel you in my heart.

Rest in Peace, Dad.

I will love you always (and I know you know that).

Love, Cathi
