ELLEN ROGERS

Mrs. Ellen Rogers, 88, died May 10, 2016 at William Childs Hospice House in Palm Bay. She was born in Hartford, Connecticut and lived in Micco for 25 years coming from Storrs, CT. Ellen graduated from Buckely High School, Hartford, CT class of 1946. She was of the Catholic faith. She enjoyed pursuing the family genealogy and was a member of The Mayflower Association through her husband Jack Rogers. Survivors include sons James Morin of East Hartford , Connecticut, John Morin (Paula) of East Hartford , Connecticut, Edward Morin of New Orleans, Louisiana and Michael Morin (Helen) of Heathrow, Florida , grandsons Jason Morin (Tana) of Davenport, Iowa and Giessen, Germany and Nicholas Morin (Megan) of Bristol, Connecticut, granddaughters Michele Pitts of Brandon, Florida, Gina Morin of East Hartford, Connecticut, Laura Morin of Manchester, Connecticut, Sarah Morin of East Hartford, Connecticut, great-grandsons Paul Morin, Tristen Morin, Cayden Morin, Dylan Pitts and Tyler Pitts special niece Beverly Shaw and several other nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband Jack Rogers, parents Edward and Catherine (Hines) Caffrey and much loved aunt Helen Hines. Memorial contributions may be made to William Childs Hospice House, 381 Medplex Parkway Palm Bay, FL 32907 in memory of Ellen Rogers.
