Emily MISIEWICZ Obituary

MISIEWICZ, Emily (Golasz) Emily (Golasz) Misiewicz, 85, of Wethersfield and wife of the late Eugene F. Misiewicz, died Saturday (October 30, 2010). She was born in Framingham, MA, lived in Hartford, and spent her later years in Wethersfield. She selflessly devoted her life to what she valued most, her family. Mrs. Misiewicz is survived by Stephen and Elizabeth Misiewicz, Jenine and David Lemkin, Barbara and Fred Ferdiani, Joseph and Melinda Misiewicz, Eugene Misiewicz, Joan Mazzarella, and John and Michelle Misiewicz. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Veronica, Allison, Joshua, Joseph and his wife Alicia, Jennifer, Emily, Madison, and Aimee. She was predeceased by her beloved children, Eugene Jr. and Barbara Ann; her sister, Anne; her daughter-in-law Charlene; and her granddaughter, Whitney. There are no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Buylal will be held on Wednesday (November 3, 2010), at 10 a.m. at Corpus Christi Church of Wethersfield. Burial will be held in Mt St Benedict Cemetery in Bloomfield. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society (Manchester North), 538 Preston Ave., P.O. Box 1004, Meriden, CT, 06450.

Joe, Melinda, Steve, Jenine, Barbara, Eugene, John, and Joan........I still have many fond memories of your Mom and family while we were growing up together in the old neighborhood. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.
