Fitz Heslop Obituary
Fitz George Heslop, born August 8, 1946, suddenly passed away on November 28, 2013 surrounded by his loving family. He was formerly of St. Mary's, Jamaica and resided in Hartford and Bloomfield, CT. He had a passion for building and gardening and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. The serviced will be held Saturday, December 7, 2013, 9 a.m. at Henry L. Fuqua Funeral Services (860)769-6841.

I finally did it I moved I found a good man I am in a good place in my life I have a good job and I have meet some really good people. I know you are wuth ne all the time but I still miss you everyday. I love you very much and i know you are proud of me.

Its coming up Daddy this time of year gets so hard now I miss you so much and my birthday is coming i miss our annual talk on that day about how the weather was when I came into the world. That was something you will always remember, and I will always remember my last day with you the son was shining you were surrounded by your family and i could only imagine in those last hours you felt loved. Don't ever forget how much I love you and miss you everyday. You are always with me. I love you daddy!!!!!

Hi Daddy,
Everyday I try not to cry and a few days I have had some success I just miss you a lot I never thought there would be a day I could not pick up the phone and call you just to hear your voice and you tell me I am alright baby. My birthday is coming it is so hard because we always talk on that day no matter what and you tell me the story about the day I was born. I just really miss you daddy

I'll always remember walking on Dorothy Dr. and seeing Fitz outside working on his garden, we did a lot of talking about planting and growing flowers and vegetables.

Fitz was such a kind man and friendly to everyone he met. Never an unkind word about anyone, Fitz my mom and I were so sorry to hear of your passing, you will be so missed, what a wonderful neighbor you were, our condolences to your family. Gail and Barbara James, Dorothy Drive.

As a one of our country Jamaica, I have never met you but I do hope your family will live each day by the wonderful memories and the lives you have touched with your kindness & smiles. Rest in peace brother your leaving is just for a time just on another journey to a place where are no "goodbyes"no pain, death or sorrow.

Fifz you was so strong on my mind last week .i was suppose to call you and it slipped my mind. And now you're gone. When I heard about it..It hurt to the bones. Im truly gonna miss you my Dear Friend. You was always there for me. I'd stop by and you always welcomed me with opens arms and great hospitality. I will never forget the cookouts, night in Bowles Park everybody dancing and you giving me the microphone telling me sing Debbie. Lol. Probably never find another Friend like you. You was the Greatest Mannnn!!! You're truly gonna be missed. Forever in our hearts may u rest in peace., I will definitely keep all those fond memories of you alive.
