Dear Marion and Family:
About once a month I browse the online newspapers and tonight I came upon Frank's obituary. I don't believe I have seen any of you since my Aunt Nellie's funeral about 30 years ago, but I do think of the whole family a lot and if I had a car I would difinitely be visiting everybody.
I read about Katherine last May and was sad to hear of her passing. Now Frank (Junior as I knew him) has gone to join her in heaven. I am so sorry and I send you my deepest sympathy. I am surprised that there was no mention of his school position in the paper. He was always a man to be proud of... from Iwo Jima to school principal.
May God be with you and comfort you.
Cousin Charles

First I want to express my deepest sympathy to Alan and the rest of the family members.
I remember Mr. Riggs as a kind and gentle man. I was in first grade and he caught me running down the hall at school and I was devastated lol....he sat me on his lap and told me the dangers of running in the hall....I never did it again. He will be sadly missed by all.
