For as long as I can remember I have known George. His sister, Helen Diasio, were cousins with Helen and Stella (my cousins). That is the connection for me. The sisters were related and I guess it was like second cousins. I am not sure. George and I did the stock market lottery every Friday night from church. They would take the cents of the Dow Jones numbers and people would win if they picked that number. I was number 55! George and I had a deal if either of us won, we we take the other one out to lunch. Maybe we went to lunch three times all told! Sometimes George would join me and Helen for lunch. Fun times!
Rest in peace, my friend. My thoughts and prayers are with your neices and nephews.
Sincerely,
Shirley Yeames
