Dear Dr Petit, only God knows why he has left you here alone to carry on the good works and deeds of your wife and family. Please know that many that you do not know, pray for you and hope that you will find again, meaning in this life that God has given you. There is a purpose that maybe yet, you do not see. I pray that God blesses you every day and in time, you will begin to feel some peace and see the sun again.

Dr. Petit:
As a mother of two daughters, I pray everyday that they are safe, healthy and happy. Your "ladies" were beautiful and so special. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.

Dr Petit, words cannot convey what I feel in my heart. Your loss has been one so huge that really none of us can even dare to know how you feel. You are in our prayers and have been. I cried when I read your letter to your beautiful daughter, I know she is looking down at you and smiling. May God Bless You ...A Mother (Wethersfield,CT)

Dr.Petit, I just wanted to let you know that you have a great and awesome destiny that God ordained for you and only you to do on this earth and I wanted to encourage you to never give up and give in. You will finish the race and bring great glory to God! Your wife and daughters are in heaven and you will be with them again. The time you have left here on earth without them is only a glimpse compared to the eternity you will spend with them. Until then I leave you with 2 Corinthians 4 VS 8-9 "We are pressed on every side by troubles but not crushed or broken. We are perplexed because we dont know why things happen as they do but we dont give up and quit. We are hunted down but God never abandon us! We get knocked down, but we get up again and keep going" Press ON!! With much love your sister in Christ.

*HAPPY BIRTHDAY HAYLEY*
While you are no longer here on earth,
You mother and father did give you birth.
Because you didn't get to live your whole life through,
You're in the best place now, hangin' with the "BEST CREW".
I know Daddy Petit, that you miss her very much,
Missing those fun-filled moments, those big hugs, and loving touch.
But know that all things come in good time,
OH! OH! I think I've run out of ryhmes!! (ha ha ha. Hope that made you smile Mr. P.)
Just continue to be blessed from the Lord, and keep Hayley in your heart, and in your mind.
May our "Author of LIfe" continue to heal your broken-heart, and give you peace.
Very sincerely,
Someone who cares
Mary

"...and the greatest gift of all is love." God blessed the world with your family; may the Son and the rays of sun shine warmly upon you today as your love shines warmly for Haley.

There is is not a day that goes by that I do not think of you and the tragic loss of your family. I grew up with great memories at my grandparents home on Still Hill Road in Mt. Carmel. Family friends in Connecticut continue to apprise us of you, your family and the pending case. Know that you are in the prayers of our family here in Yardley, PA.
