My sincere sympathies to the Carpenter Family. I was so very sad to read of Jim's passing. He was a truly nice man and someone I was pleased to know. Memories cannot replace having him with you, but I hope they will provide comfort and peace for the family as you reflect on Jim's time here with you.

Dear Jane, Jamie and Mark,

I offer my deepest sympathy to all of you. Jim was a great guy and I enjoyed doing business with him. When he spoke of his family, his eyes would always light up. He was so proud of everyone and trully loved every minute that he spent with you all. He will always be there with you. My prayers are with you.

My deepest sympathies to all his loved ones. I read this obituary with sadnesss and shock although I knew some of what Jim had been through. Jim was a fabulous guy. He loved his family.. He spoke with great enthusiasm of his scouting trips with his sons and their trip to Philmont Scout reservation. He loved those boys! He was a gentlemen of the first order. Decent, honest, optimistic, in short, a real Boy Scout. He will be missed by his colleagues and all who knew him.
