I was very saddened to hear of Jim's passing. Jim was my first manager when I started work at the Travelers right out of college back in 1984. I will always remember our first meeting. The first words out of his mouth were 'Would you like a kiss?' Of course, he meant a Hershey's kiss! I will always remember his sense of humor and his generosity. Please know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers.
