I thoroughly enjoyed working in the CSU system office with Dr. Frost. He had a strong commitment to public higher education and the opportunities it offered to students. He was a generous colleague and the fresh tomatoes from his garden were much appreciated!

I enjoyed that, while very learned and determined, Jim could also be silly. BHis story of the pirate, "Old Silver Eye", with a spoon held over his eye, comes to mind. I'm glad to have known him.
