You are all lovingly remembered in my prayers

Douglas Bartkowski

August 20, 2002

I am the husband of Kathleen Bartkowski. She and Jim worked very closely at Center Church. Kathy and I especially valued our relationship with Jim. I was blessed to play a round of golf with Jim at the MACC Tournament at the Manchester Country Club earlier this summer. Jim and I always had great talks in the church when Kathleen and staff were out of the office. He and I always wanted to play a round of golf some day. I can't tell you how pleased I am to have played a round with him. I know he loved the game of golf. Jim always used to put a smile on Kathleen's face by making faces or calling her and I "country mice" driving down Rt. 85 heading into Manchester. He always managed to keep the office staff smiling and laughing when times were tough....

His printing skills were always superb and did a magnificent job every week.

I am truly sorry for your loss. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Sincerely,

Douglas R. Bartkowski
