To Jim's Family,
I too went to high school with Jim. Never a day went by that Jim did not have a smile on his face. Even at our high school reunion he showed up with a grin and a laugh. He was a "good guy" to be around. God Bless

To The Lombardo Family,
I am so very sorry for your loss. Jimmy was a dear friend through my teenage years & early 20's. I will always remember him as having such a big heart & always there to help someone in need. I'll never forget how he helped me fix my parent's car after I smashed it, (as kids that age have, unfortunately, often done), & took the time to give me rides to work. He lived with my boyfriend for a while, so I remember spending alot of happy times, when life was so much simpler. I was always happy to run into him over the years & was glad to see he never lost that hearty laugh. When I tragically lost my own 16 yr old son, Jim was was there to express his condolences. That mean't the world to me. He was a good friend, with a kind heart. I'm thankful that I knew him.
Sincerely, Cathy(Trombley)Manchesi

I was very sad to hear of Jim's passing and even though I had not seen him in years. We went to school together since Jr. High and he was always one of my favorite people. His sense of humor and love of life, ready for any adventure and mischievous smile are just a few of my memories of Jim...I feel grateful to have been a small part of his life.

To the family and friends of Jim, I am so sad to hear of Jim's passing, I went to school with him from John Paterson, and always had a crush on his big smile, contagious laugh and mischievous twinkle in his eye, may he rest in peace.

Ray and I wish to express our sympathies to your family during this sad time with Jim's passing. Let his smiles from above fill your hearts.
Beth,(on a lighter note, I have mentioned your name many times during the years - the cheesecake recipe you have given me has been passed along many, many times. It has to have been at least 28 years with the store and bar next door to each other. Altough we are many miles away, I think of your family and our family trying to make a living off that corner in the East End-remebering Jim's smile and talking sports with my brother and Dad). May he rest in peace!!

Jimbo....I will miss you dearly. You made a damn good 3-day spagetti sauce too! From the years at Stanley Street, to our Life Be in It meeting again, and our many boating adventures, trips and wonderful times together. I'm glad we always stayed in touch. You've made such a lasting impression on many and especially on kids, all your nieces and nephews and mine, Cole and Connor, yeah, John & Erika too, my son Jamie and daughter Jessica. You were truly genuine with a heart of gold, your love for me and compassion for family, especially your mom Rita, brother Phil, sisters Beth and Sharon. A true hero, even if you did only have a half of ear. Rest in Peace my Jr. NASCAR friend.....

Phil and family,
My thoughts and prayers are with your family at this time. I will always remember Jimmy as you have pictured here with a big smile on his face. I remember riding my bike around his bay when I was just a little girl. If you need anything do not hesitate to ask.
