Joan Gagne Obituary

Joan Marie Gagne, 58, of Windsor, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, January 20, 2023, surrounded by her family. She was the beloved wife of Steven Gagne for 28 years.

She was born on November 19,1964, in Hartford and was the daughter of Manuel and Frances (Spelas) Mangiofico.

She grew up in West Hartford and attended Conard High School. She worked as a machine operator at Excela Technologies for 15 years.

Joan enjoyed crocheting, diamond art, and the beach. She loved spending time traveling and being with her daughters and grandchildren.

In addition to her loving husband, she is survived by her 2 daughters, Heather (Osorio) Stolinas and husband Justin, Cora-Lee Osorio and fiancé Gabriel Quinones-Medina; 4 grandchildren Kaylin, Justin Paul, Emersyn and Elianna; 3 sisters, Sandra Gorman and husband John of East Granby, Deborah Ricardo and husband George of West Hartford, Mary Mangiofico of West Hartford and her 3 nephews.

To honor Joan's wishes there will be no services. We invite you to celebrate Joan's memory in your own ways. Donations may be made in her honor to Helen and Harry Grey Cancer Center at Hartford Hospital. The Cremation Society of CT has care of the arrangements.
