I have fond memories of Jack from my early days at Saint Francis. He served our hospital well at important times in its growth and development. As the new Chair of ADRC, I send to you our thoughts and prayers. Jack's long time service to the agency is remembered with fondness.

Dear Charleen and children, It was with sadness that I read of Jack's death but then I smiled with memories of our happy times on Pioneer Drive, both as neighbors and parents of children in school. Blessings for all of you! Rest in peace, Jack.

It was a pleasure to have known Jack. He gave of himself to many, asking for nothing in return. His example of living in the now, one day at a time, helped many of us.
