I got to know both Dr. Narotsky and his wife when I was the Education Dept secretary in early 1990s. He was such a good person. He and his wife were a wonderful couple. Dr. Narotsky was one of my very favorite people at ECSU - it was a pleasure working for him. I just found out today that he died in December. Sad that we can't keep them with us forever, but we have our memories.

It is with a heavy heart that we learned of the passing of your dad. What a wonderful man and loved by all that were lucky to have known him. May it bring you peace and comfort to know that your dad is now with your mother. Our deepest sympathy, the Gale family.

Seth and Susan,
We were shocked and very saddened to learn that Joe had passed. In the brief time that we knew him, it was very apparent that he was blessed to have you both. Our deepest and heartfelt condolences to you and your family.

Dr. Narotsky was one of my favorite professors as well as my advisor back in 1989. He prepared me well to go out into the teaching world. I'll always remember him as a friendly approachable man who was also a fantastic advisor, always working hard to counsel me on the best route to take in teaching. He was truly one of a kind and ahead of his time. ECSU had a gem of a teacher in Dr. Narotsky, and I am grateful to him for imparting his wealth of knowledge on me. The world's loss is heaven's gain. May he Rest In Peace and may God bless his family.
