Lance Schors Obituary
Lance S. Schors, 56, of Manchester, beloved partner of Diane Rubner passed away peacefully on Friday, October 17, 2014 surrounded by his family at home. Lance was born on April 5, 1958 in Yonkers, NY son of the late Raymond and Helen Mae Schors. He attended local schools and was a graduate of Howell Cheney Technical HS in Manchester. Lance was a veteran of the US. Navy serving his country during the late 1970's. Prior to his retirement he was employed as a Master Electrician for I.B.E.W, Local #35. In addition to Diane he is survived by his two daughters, Melissa Schors and Jacquelyn Schors both of Stafford, his grandson, Grey Samuel Schors Klecak of Stafford, his feline companion, Mama Cat as well as many other loving family members and friends. Memorial calling hours will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2014 at Holmes Funeral Home, 400 Main St. Manchester from 3-6 pm. Lance will alway's be in my thoughts. Growing up together I have way to many great memories and laughs. He truly is and was a Super Squid :) and my heart goes out to his entire family. God Bless all of you and my buddy Lance. I will miss you like everyone else. Otto

My condolences to the Schors family. Lance was a pleasure to have on the job. He would have me laughing so hard by coffee my stomach would hurt. He will be truly missed by all!!
