PROKOP, Leslie James, Jr. Leslie James Prokop, Jr., 55, of East Haven, died Tuesday (November 16, 2004). He was the father of Daniel, Edward and William Prokop and son of Leslie J. Prokop, Sr. and Barbara Fitch Prokop. He also leaves brothers Stephen and Robert Prokop; and sisters, Dorothy Prokop, Margaret Fiedler and Ann Prokop. He was a graduate of Notre Dame High School, West Haven and Lehigh University and was employed as an accountant for over 30 years. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Hamden, Saturday morning at 9 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Long Island Sound Foundation, Inc., 1080 Shennecossett Rd., Groton, CT 06340. Arrangements are with the Hawley Lincoln Memorial, 493 Whitney Ave., New Haven.
