Loretta C. Cyr

Loretta C. (Girolamo) Cyr, 74, wife of Maynard (Toby) Cyr passed away on Easter Sunday, April 4, 2021 at Osceola Regional Medical Center in Kissimmee, Fl. after a brief illness. Loretta and her husband would have celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary on Sept. 10, 2021. Loretta was born on October 31, 1946 in New Britain, Connecticut, and was the daughter of the late Vito and Loretta (Donia) Girolamo. She was a graduate of Plainville High School, class of 1965. She retired from General Electric Plainville, CT. in 2001 after 29 years of service. She enjoyed being around her family and friends, and cherished her beloved dogs Bailey & Cooper. She is survived by her husband Toby, her son Mike Cyr, wife Karen and children Justin, Jenna and Jarrett of Wallingford, Connecticut. Also daughter Stacy Cyr and her daughter Jes Felton of Forestville, Connecticut. She also leaves a brother Michael Girolamo. Funeral service will be private at a later date.
